About Us
Why Legacy Harbor Financial
The name tells you what we care about. Legacy represents the difference you want to make, what you'll be remembered for, and the foundation you're building for the people who matter most to you. It's also about our commitment to working with families across generations, helping not just you but the next generation pursue their own goals.
Your financial life is important and our role is to create a space where your assets goals and priorities can be thoughtfully organized and supported through changing market conditions.
We've been working together as a team since 2007, combining decades of experience to serve families and individuals throughout their financial lives. Christopher Fulton brings 28 years of financial services experience, Thomas Zamagni has 47 years, Joseph Cristadoro brings 40 years, and Joseph Tarquini adds 5 years to our team. In June 2023, we joined LPL Financial to continue serving our clients.
How We Work With You
Our approach starts with listening. Before we recommend anything, we need to understand what's genuinely important in your life. What are you working toward? What keeps you up at night? What does financial success actually look like for you?
From there, we ask questions designed to help you articulate your own solutions. This might sound different from what you'd expect, but we've learned something over the years: the strategies you help create yourself are the ones you'll actually follow. When solutions come from you, based on your values and priorities, you're far more likely to stick with them when things get difficult or uncomfortable.
Once we understand your situation and goals, we provide the education, strategic planning, and tools you need based on what's realistic for your circumstances. We're not here to hand you a generic financial plan. We're here to help you build something that makes sense for your life and that you feel confident implementing.
Our Commitment
Financial planning works when it reflects your reality. We don't believe in forcing strategies that sound good in theory but don't match how you actually live or what you're capable of maintaining. Instead, we focus on practical solutions you can implement and sustain over time.
This is a collaborative process. You bring the knowledge of your life, your values, and what you're trying to accomplish. We bring financial expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to show you options you might not have considered. Together, we build a plan that moves you forward.

Thomas A. Zamagni ChFC, CLU
Financial Advisor
I've spent nearly five decades in financial services, which means I've seen multiple market cycles, countless economic shifts, and thousands of families navigate major financial decisions. That perspective matters when you're helping people plan for retirement or thinking through legacy strategies that affect multiple generations.
I hold the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designations, and my focus has always been on comprehensive planning, retirement income, and life insurance strategies. But the real education has come from working with clients over the years and understanding what actually helps people feel confident about their financial futures.
My wife and I have been married for 48 years, and we've lived in Hanson, Massachusetts, for 43 of those years. We raised three daughters here, and now we have ten grandchildren. That family experience absolutely shapes how I think about planning. When clients talk about wanting to leave something behind for their kids or help with their grandchildren's education, I understand what that means on a personal level.
I spent 26 years coaching high school soccer and 36 years coaching youth sports. Coaching taught me a lot about patience, preparation, and helping people develop skills over time rather than expecting instant results. Those same principles apply to financial planning. You build something meaningful step by step, and you adjust as circumstances change.
When I'm not working with clients or spending time with family, you'll usually find me on the golf course. It's a good reminder that even after decades of practice, there's always something new to learn.
